Has no connection to reality, and is continuing the same Republican talking points about insurance across state lines, co-ops, torte reform, and no evil bureaucrats(what are insurance bureaucrats i wonder). What the senator seems to be unable or unwilling to accept is that torte reform is at best an 8% reduction in costs, co-ops have been shown to be completely ineffectual in competing against multi-state/national insurance companies that are operating under monopoly like conditions and colluding with each other to fix prices, and selling insurance across state lines is a canard, as evidenced by current lending laws and how almost every credit card issuer is out of Delaware, who coincidentally has the laxest lending laws.
